Designing the questionnaire and develop data collection link via survey tool/app with strict logical constraints.
Intensive training for both field researchers and field Supervisors on using modern smart techniques, how they capture the data by using data collection devices.
Conduct pilot survey tests to ensure the field team understanding and to check the questionnaire using via data collection app and then do necessary modifications.
Eye tracking via field team tracking app that run on mobile of each auditor/researchers to track the team members via live Google map, at exact location, store, time and reporting attendance sheet daily.
Data collection app provide us many control features such as location GPS, Shelf images, Videos, Store owner signature, timing etc.
All field team gets their training (Monthly or Bi-Monthly) before 3 days of going to the field data collection in each period.
AMRC has exhibition of products samples that are existed in Yemen market. And we give monthly budget for buying products sample, SKUs and bring the samples from whole Yemen to the head office to ensure of product availability and use them in training sessions.
Every project – 0ur independent quality control team accompanies the data collection from start till completion.
In Retail Audit we map the store detail with addresses GPS points and photos.
Stratified random is the sample methodology in retail audit panel.

Office quality control team is conducting daily follow up for whole outlets in Yemen Panel.
Field Supervision team conducts cross check of 40-50% on daily basis, using tracking app.
Operation manager is the tracking app admin and able to conduct 5% randomly field visit any time in any location
Each Auditor is not allowed to do more than 5% of the sample.

100% telephone call backs will be done by the independent Quality Control team in the office on daily basis
